I am the mother of the groom, I paid form my very expensive dress in full. Two weeks before the wedding I called to inquire about my dress, was told it shipped that day. The week before the wedding I called and was told it shipped that day and would be in in three days. Four days latter, three days before the wedding, still no dress. When I asked if my dress was in I was verbally abused, screamed at so loudly that my co-workers could hear theconversation across the room. I would never speak to anyone that way. Still no dress
