As a BBQ snob that has traveled all over the south and midwest, True's is my favorite. For those that don't like vinegar based sauce- it's a regional thing, you wouldn't understand. If I was in the Carolina's I'd expect mustard in my BBQ sauce- here, it's hot pepper and vinegar. The BBQ is sweet, well cooked, not overly smoky, shredded finely, not greasy. The chess pie is the best, and the service and price can't be beat.
Pros: Price, taste, service, authentic vinegar based sauce
Cons: bad reviews about a regional taste that is misunderstood.
