In preparation for a move out of state, I requested that a copy of my medical records be sent to me. After trying numerous times and receiving no useful response and no medical records, I gave up. 6 months later I received a bill for the release of these records and was told that regardless of the fact that I'd never actually received them that I would have to pay. 6 months! Really? Most doctor's offices will fax records within 48 hours and they'll do it for free! .....oh and the year I turned 30, one of the doctors there told me to hurry up and have children because I was getting old. Not exactly the way I would phrase it if I were talking to a patient.
Pros: Some doctors are o'kay
Cons: Crappy administration
