My car was stolen and once recovered, San Bruno PD had it towed by them. When I went to pick it up, the man working didn't even know where it was located in the yard and told me to go look for it. He was quite rude. Long story short, it had to be towed back home by another company. I was then charged $550 by San Bruno Auto Ctr for 2 days storage and a tow. They even charged my tow company $100 for them picking it up instead of me! The quoted me $320 when I originally asked the price. They lied and cheated me out of money. I would never recommend this company - stay away!
