The staff at Gentle Touch has to be by far the best group of people to run a spa like center in the city. Most places I have been to people are so snotty and rude. Here they are so personable and friendly, sweet and hilarious, and they truly care for your concerns and skin needs. I was so apprehensive about this treatment, but they made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Plus, it really works! I'm so happy with the results and can't wait to go back! If you can ask for Gina, she does really good treatments and I have no complaints about her at all.
