On the day of one of my lessons my instructor was almost a half an hour late. I waited almost a half an hour in the waiting room only to be denied my lesson that I already paid for and sent home. I was told by the manager that I would receive a monetary refund but when I called to pick it up a man who claimed that he was the owner of the studio was very rude to me and also disrespectful insinuating that I'm just trying to get 20 extra bucks from him! I just wanted my money back since I could not continue with the lessons anymore because I'm going back to school.
Pros: The people that work there seem nice and act like they care.
Cons: The manager lied, &the owner is very rude and disrespectful.
