This is a great example of mid-century style in Denver. Units in the building have amazing views both East and West. Prices have been moving up over the years, especially for those wanting to update to a modern and mid-century modern interior. In 2008-9 units have been ranging in price from $69-140k for studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms.
There is a pool on the 17th floor and the views from the roof are spectacular!
