I have left my dogs at this kennel on several occasions over the years while visiting my son at college. They are very conscientious about the animals that stay there...they treat them as if they are their own family members. I know for a fact that one of the owners is constantly making sure that everything is cleaned and done in the proper fashion. My dogs were always happy when I left them..not just when I picked them up. They definitely cater to the individual animals needs, which is hard to find these days. I like when people are upfront with me and there is no problem with that at Hi-Lo! They want to make sure you understand what they do & how it is done along with the fees for everything before you leave.My dogs can;t wait to go back!!!\r
