I had made arrangements with this car service prior to may arrival in NY from Chicago. Not only did they say I did not have a reservation they were rude on the phone and charged my credit card although they said they did not have the reservation. They told me that it would be over an hour until they could come after me.(LaGuarida)I took a NYC cab from the airport and it was $18 less than Strictly put on my credit card. Also while I was there I used another cab company which was also less than quoted me by Strictly. The other cab company in Brooklyn was very polite and very helpful. Their trip back to the airport was also $18 less than Strictly.
