Not sure about the other folks (reviews) but all I saw when I was there were happy people. I wasn't left waiting long for my first visit/consultation. I didn't feel pressured or hurried. All my questions were answered. Dr Narsete was particularly nice, I thought. When I had my surgery, I was nervous but was quickly calmed down and I felt in good hands with the nurses and staff. My results were fabulous and I only wish I had had the surgery sooner. Who knows maybe they will use my before and after pic!
