I've been a lover of photography my whole life, so when I moved down to Naples from New York I thought I'd have a hard time finding a decent quality photographer. Well was I wrong... I found Gareth Rockliffe and Jan Soderquist a husband and wife team who have been taking pictures for over twenty years. Like me they have a solid background in darkroom technique and a solid foundation in photography. Unlike me though, they have an uncanny way of capturing something very special in their subject. The photos they took of my six year old were hauntingly beatuful. They even helped me choose a frame and came to my house to hang the finshed piece. Awesome!
