I had my hair cut by Jennifer--who specializes in the Ouidad method for cury hair. In short, WAAAAAAY too much hair was cut off when I asked to keep as much length as POSSIBLE. As I used to go to a devacan salon, my curls were not that unhealthy and did not need that much length off. I left crying--for the first time ever from a hair cut! It took years to get this length! Overall, I just feel she didn't listen well. The staff in general was so so I met some stylists/workers there that were so fantastic, sweet and open; others--like the Saturday receptionist--I found snooty and cold. I actually was a bit bothered as they mis-scheduled my first appointment, so I arrived there, only to reschedule because they put it in for the wrong day. Then, on the day of my NEW appointment they called to ask if I could come in 30 minutes earlier--about 2 hours before my appointment. No reason was given. I just found this rude and obnoxious considering the earlier mishap. Basically, the ouidad cut is expensive and while it's nice of them to throw in a free product, it doesn't make up for a cut with a stylist who is too loose with the scissors. I now have to purchase extensions I can't even look at myself with this horrible cut.
