I made my first new car purchase at this Russian run dirty dealer. Because I was shopping for an economy car or truck, I was treated like riff-raff. The salesboy did everything in his power to sell-me-up altho he knew I wouldn't qualify for a higher priced luxury car...he even turned the phone on his desk in my direction and told me to make some calls to ask friends and family for money so I could buy what he wanted to sell me. I refused and walked...he called me back in and finally sold me what I was shopping for in the first place, but the F&I woman messed-up the contract three different ways which meant three different trips back to watch them try to straighten it out - while this woman stood and glared at me and loudly declared, ""You're taking food from my children's mouths!"" Huh? How's that? I finally took an attorney friend with me on the final visit and miraculously they got it done correctly...moral is - DON'T PARTRONIZE MEDVED!
