There have been about 20 robberies in this complex in the last 14 months. The majority are on the north side of the building where the thieves can close the fire doors, back up a van from the parking garage, and have complete seclusion to unload your apartment. It has become a predictable pattern for that side of the place (the south side has only one floor that accesses the parking garage). Though a mid-high end aprtment, the particular layout has made it one of the most targeted aprtments in Houston for burglaries. Management has done absolutely nothing to improve security conditions.
