My family recently spent $28.00 on ice cream and shakes and when I asked for a cup of ice water, the cashier said, ""We don't give out water - you have to purchase bottled water."" I was appalled!!!! What food service business doesn't offer water? I e-mailed Baskin Robbins and was e-mailed an apology saying it's a new policy and they can no longer offer free water! Well, we will NEVER visit Baskin Robbins again!
