I've been at several cheesecake factories, Waikiki, SF and Walnut Creek and love them all. I treated some friends at the District Cheesecake factory and had the worst tasting meal ever! Was never offered any parmesan or pepper either but that wasn't even an issue. I had the pasta da vinci and it was gross. My husband had some very old ahi. The waiter couldn't believe we didn't like the food and then came back and said he told his co-workers and they couldn't believe it either. There is apparently no customer service involved in this locations training. We received no attention as we left even though there were three employees at the front talking to one another. Our receipt didn't contain a survey code as well. My family nor my friends will never dine at this location again and I suggest you avoid it as well.
Pros: Located near the freeway
Cons: Horrible food and a creepy waiter!
