I called BB Lewis Plumbing over the weekend because my toilet fell apart and dumped water all over my bathroom. They called me first thing Monday morning to set up an appointment. Even though they offered an earlier time, I asked them to come after 2pm. They gave me a 2-4 window and called me exactly at 2pm to tell me they were coming over. My technician was named Jason, he was very courteous and he had my toilet fixed completely within 20 minutes with no mess. The toilet had also been running before, and he also fixed that. I would definitely use them again.
Pros: very timely, doesn't make you wait around
Cons: no service on weekends
