I used to buy into the hype, until a relative received awful customer service. She was measured incorrectly for her dress, and the establishment blamed it on her weight gain. Several other professionals have informed us that the bride-to-be would have had to gained 40 lbs for this to be true. We have tried to resolve the problem, but have only received ""snarky"" comments from the owners, and a very unprofessional letter that is full of lies.
Pros: um . . . customer service outweighs any pros
