I've called him countless times, emailed, etc. and never get a response. His business hours on the store front, web site, described via email and told on the phone all differ, but none matter as he is closed every time I show up no matter which hours I use. I took off from work early, unpaid, and he was closed, I show up hours before close on Saturday and he is closed. I actually made an appointment with him for today, an hour before closed, and I show up, and he is closed. I called him and he answered while I'm out front. He is rude and condescending and says he is busy and berates me asking how I plan to get the unit installed with such hours. I explain such hours are within his business hours and when he TOLD me to come and made an appointment with me. I also explain I am there only to pick a unit out and pay and my girlfriend will come during any time he wants to get it installed on her car. He doesn't care. I ask if he will take 5 minutes, while he is advertised as open and promised to meet me, to make a sale. I say I am outside waiting to give him hundreds of dollars. He explains it isnt about making money, and he advertises as being a christian based business. I state that is fine, but I just want to find a remote start for my girlfriend and his business practices have delayed this for a month now and I just want to get it done and he hangs up on me.
