By the time I visited Benold?s jewelers, I had already been to several other Jewelers in town to get quotes. My intent was to just get a quote and make a decision on where to buy later, however the customer service I received at Benold?s was unmatched by any of the other stores I had visited. Their level of expertise and care to detail blew me away. I worked with Milton Doolittle, and it was very obvious that he loved what he did and truly cared about selling me exactly what I wanted (at many of the other jewelers I got the impression that the jewelers just worked there and didn?t care one way or the other if I purchased a ring from them). The ring exceeded my expectations!!! Milton even offered to bring the ring to the restaurant I was proposing at himself so that I could surprise my now fianc?. I highly recommend Benold?s to anyone looking for a class A experience. I plan to return for my wedding bands and any other future purchases I may be making.
