Our basement overflowed with sewage on a Sunday afternoon and we called Roto and someone was there within an hour. He then realized it could be a collapsed pipe and the supervisor came out to look with a camera. They then realized it was the sump pump and Monday afternoon another man came and replaced the whole thing and stayed until 9pm when the job was done so that I could shower and go to work the next day. Very professional, detail-oriented, and impressive!
