Good hotel, the location is unique and really nice in that it's basically on its own on Goat Island, and plenty of rooms have great views of either the city or the harbor. The service is very friendly here, and the food options are OK. It's worth noting that the hotel has shuttle service back and forth to downtown, so you don't have to walk over the bridge from Goat Island or pay for parking beyond the hotel's rate.
