5 days after the septic tank was suppose to be drained I had a sewage backup in my home when I called the owner he refused to allow me explain the situation and hung up the phone on my twice. I was very calm on the phone and tried to explain to Mr. Jones that I would really appreciated it someone would return to the home to look around. Due to my disability it is very difficult for me to check out the situation but he was so abrasive and used threaten tone. I do not recommend his business to anyone they do not stand by their work. Cons: BAD SERVICE --- INCOMPLETE WORK more
