I had the unfortunate luck to have Roger at the Galleria Nordstrom Shoe department wait on me. I have an odd size shoe, so you would logically go to Nordstrom's because they specialize in service...right...wrong. I told him my issues with shoes and he brought out two pairs, neither of them fit, and he said well I don't know how else to help you. Don't you have other shoes in an 11 or 12 women than these two pairs...well yes, but they won't fit you. He would not bring out any other pairs of shoes for me to try on. I left, went to Brucettes and spent $350.00 on shoes (that nice shoe sales man brought me out more than 20 pairs of shoes in my size). Take that Nordstroms. Where is the customer service at that store!
