I rented from this p rick David. I moved out and cleaned like crazy. I even took pictures because I knew this p rick was a t hief. He not only burned me for my entire deposit of 800 but he even sent me a bill. He claimed a meth head head had to clean it at $20/hr. BS. Then he deducted/charged me for normal wear an tear items. He violated just about every civil right a renter has. Failed to notify me 21 days after. Failed to meet requirements for pre-inspection. Failed to provide receipts or invoices when he jewed my deposit and so on...
Pros: Lawn care
Cons: No ethics, no morals, no honesty
