This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy! The carpet was dark green and I could see stains on it. There were water stains on the ceiling and walls. The wallpaper was peeling by the door and under the sink. There were drips of various colors and textures on the bathroom walls and door. I didn't even take a shower! The worst thing was that every time the guest above us flushed the toilet (which we could hear), our room smelled faintly of raw sewage! This combined with the water stain on the ceiling by the bathroom was really gross! We had reservations for 8 nights but checked out after 1. This hotel also misrepresents itself as being near Old Town Pasadena. I grew up a few miles from Pasadena, and in no way would I say that this hotel is ""near"" Old Town. It is not too far, but there are a lot of closer (and cleaner) hotels. This hotel is also in a bad part of town (gangs, etc.) and on a busy, noisy road. The rates are low, but it is NOT worth it! There are other, clean hotels in the vicinity.
