I've been with Tenafly Fort Lee for almost 3 years. Overall I like Tenafly's doctors and nurses but I hate feeling like cattle. Sometimes I feel like I have to BEG to have a doctor see my kids when they are ill. The office staff is very rude on the phone and they give you NO flexibility in scheduling with the doctors. I even told them I was moving out of the state and they would not give me an appointment. I guess they aren't motivated since they know I'm moving away. I'm hoping to find a less busy practice where they'll treat us like people and not another ear infection.
