Recently, at a friends funeral, I asked the front desk if there was a way to find my grandfathers grave. She asked me to wait a few minutes and made a phone call. Within 5 minutes she called my name and a very nice gentleman was waiting to take me to the grave site. It was a very hot day and he picked me up in a very comfortable, cool van. He allowed me to take my time visiting and showed me sites where other relatives are buryed. \r

The funeral I attended was a pre-paid funeral. The elderly lady had purchased the service, etc. many years ago. Sunset honored the contract and treated us as though we had purchased the top of the line funeral. They sent a limo all the way to Castroville to pick up relatives. They went out of their way to be respectful and courteous. This was our first direct dealings with this funeral home and will not be our last.
