For what they charge ($300 per night) the ""resort"" is not worth it at all. You can get better service at a Motel 6. The decor is good as are the restaurants. The front desk staff is very inexperienced and rude. The poolside waitresses are not attentive. Not sure if that is because they stereotype guests as either good tippers and not good tippers, or they make their decisions on who to serve based on race/ethnicity...At any rate, their service is bad. Pool which used to be a major plus is now unkept and murky. Hotel staff appear tired and unwilling to help.
