I tried giving this place every benefit of the doubt as they were recommended by a family friend. However, my experiences with Eye Mart have been awful. My initial eye exam was lost and required a second exam due to poor management/organization. I received 2 different vision scores from each exam as well, hmmmm?!?!? Glasses took forever to be ordered and received. I then needed a second pair and placed my order over a month ago and now more than 30 days later I am told they are on backorder. I do not know how they stay in business. I will NEVER go back. Please learn from my experience, do not waste your time and money. Try going anywhere else.
Cons: UNORGANIZED, LONG WAITING TIMES, LOST CHARTS & ORDERS
