After reading the great reviews on City Search, I called the store to get a price quote to do some laudering. It seemed to be a fair price, so I dropped off my clothes. I was a little nervous about leaving it because he would not guarantee covering the cost of my clothes if he damaged it. I then went around the corner and was reminded of a dry cleaners I had prevoiusly used, so I dropped in. I asked how much they would charge, knowing they had done good work before on my clothes. They wanted to see the items before they price quoted me. When I returned to Eagle Express and told the owner I wanted to take the clothes to get a price check somewhere else and that I possibly would bring it back, he was very rude to me saying he rufused to ever do my cleaning. I understand he was upset, but he didn't have to respond this way.
