We went there for an early dinner and had a gift certificate for $25 given to us by one of our kids. We were greeted pleasantly. We presented the certificate to our waitress and she said we were required to spend at least $35 in order to use the certificate. There weren't a many choices in order for us to spend that amount. In order to do that, we both ordered the steak dinners. Husband had filet mignon which he said was good. I ordered the New York steak and it was overdone and didn't even taste like beef. It had a strange texture and a strange taste. The mashed potatoes were real, but the gravy was dark, dark brown and didn't taste homemade. Both dinners were served with a piece of toast. The salads didn't seem real fresh either. Overall, we were very disappointed. I took more than half my steak home and fed it to the dogs. We won't be going back.
