I've never used Stanley Steemer before and didn't have any idea how well they did. Most of my carpet cleaning experiences have been with Sears, but I didn't see any Sears cleaners in this area. I thought I'd give Stanley Steemer a try.\r

One of our cats has hairballs fairly frequently and sometimes it's difficult to scrub out the stains.\r

I was out of town and went online to make an appointment for the morning following my return. I received an automatic e-mail confirmation but was never contacted by phone or any other method. I thought they'd at least call the day prior. I was finally contacted at 10:30 this morning when the van was outside my gate.\r

Their prices are somewhat high, and once they were here they offered many other services that I didn't particularly want at this time. However, all of the stains came out (which is more than I can say for Sears) and the carpet looks great. So, I'll definitely use Stanley Steemer again.
