My Dad sent me flowers for my bday and Lexington Flower shop made a mistake and delivered them a week early. Not so bad until they called and told me they needed the flowers back- there was a delivery man downstairs waiting for them.
My dad got a credit from the flower company (he ordered them from my hometown) and Lex Flowers said it wasn't fair for them to be out the money (even though it was THEIR mistake).
The lady from home told them not to pick up the flowers since they made the mistake and someone from Lex Flowers proceeded to yell & scream at her then hung up on her.
I'm absolutely apalled at their service, I've never experienced anything like it and hope you take my advice and go elsewhere.
(I actually did have to give them to a delivery man who took them back- no birthday flowers for me)
Pros: nothing- they were rude, screamed, terrible service
Cons: i had to give the flowers back
