have left three messages at this location (West Chase) to schedule a massage........and no return phone call (yes I left my name and phone information)....I even called the South Tampa location to ask if the West Chase location was open...and was told "if you left a message they should call you back....they must be busy".....so no massage for me....
Pros: answering machine only thing working at this location
Cons: don't return phone calls for appointments
