After only a few sessions with Virginia, I have made more progress toward my goals than I ever did after 20 years in therapy! I was OK, but stagnant and not really enjoying my life to the fullest; over-weight, un-motivated, un-inspired, and indecisive about pretty much everything. One decision that I was finally able to make was a call to Virginia. It was a life-changing decision and I am amazed and excited about the positive changes: incredible weightloss and a new enjoyment of exercise and healthy foods, a re-awakening of my creativity, self-confidence and optimism for the future. Hypnosis is nothing to fear, you are aware at all times, and Virginia provides a very soothing, tranquil, and safe experience. Her sessions should be on a spa menu!
