If there were a book entitled ""How to Fail at Customer Service"" there would be a picture of Brentwood Beauty Supply. I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and every time I've attempted to stop in to buy product I'm greeted by absolute rudeness. I'm guessing the only reason they stay in business is because they're the only beauty supply in the neighborhood. So, if you like convenience and don't mind being completely ignored or looked at like you're crazy when you ask questions then go for it.
