I work right across the street and thought I'd give it a try. At first it seemed a bit complicated. Everyone is self-employed, so you have to contact them individually to make an appointment. Cards for each person are in the waiting room with their numbers or you can go to the website to find out more about each person. I go to Pham for cuts and color. You couldn't find anyone sweeter or nicer and her work is great. She is from Vietnam, but her English is just fine and most. of her clients are non-asian. Very clean & nice decor.
