rude rude rude. act all nice when your handing them money, but when things go south, they go sour. they argue and yell at teh costumers and offer NO money back refunds! as well as highly OVER PRICED! was given a price of $800 for a ring to be made. started putting money down. when the ring was done, they told me it would be $2100! way over our price range. had i known that in the begining, never would have had it made. would NOT give our money back (the money down )! had to settle for instore credit. NOT happy at all!!! a waste of $1000... DOWN THE TOILET!!!
