I'll be 60 this month, which to most means aches & pains - a declining life. Dynamic Power Yoga PLUS, has provided me just the opposite. After attending 2+ years, this is my first review. My results while great for me are not atypical. Five weeks ago, I began a Life Balance Workshop (detox program) weighing 220 lbs. The program including 2 - 3 Yoga sessions a week resulted in a 30 lbs weight loss, yes down to 190 lbs and also 4 inch waist reduction (41 inches down to 37 inches). I have improved eating habits, stopped drinking, and increased self control in other areas of my life. The good news is I did not have to go away to an expensive Spa, but could conveniently accomplish this as a normal part of my daily routine. Needless to say I'm an ecstatic ambassador for others who are ready to reap similar results.
Pros: Weight Reduction, Improved Eating Habits and Increase Energy
Cons: Not having any excuses for failure.
