Both husband and wife that run the place are unfriendly. They talk about customers behind their backs like high school drama. They get offended if you ever buy elsewhere even if the prices are about 1/2 of what they charge for something. (example: bucket of salt there is about 70 dollars, at F & S it is 33 dollars) They think that online forums are horrible when used to find good information. What they say is always the only way! It is well worth the 2 hour drive to Rhinlander to Foster and Smiths for purchasing saltwater supplies with friendly customer service and reasonable prices!
