I went to this salon for a hair make-over. Wanted something new for summer. After hours, they still couldn't give me something I could live with. I complained, they kept bleaching and re-coloring, but didn't have the materials needed to fix the botched job. Plus, they charged me double what I expected to pay. Now I have to go somewhere else, pay again, to fix what they botched. If they had said so sorry, here is even 10% off, acknowledged that the client didn't like the work, then I could understand. But the line, we think it looks good, when obviously it didn't, disappointed me. Never will I go there again.
