I was very nervous, trying a new salon, but I was told I was getting a ""senior"" something or other, so that said experience to me. You can see my cons summed up above, I'll just add that this experience could have been better if this stylist had talked A LOT less and concentrated on what she was doing a lot more. I didn't get what I wanted at all, but consider myselft lucky that what I did get was ok. JUST ok. When I was told the total for her ""senior"" services I blanched. It was just an ordinary layered bob! Bottom line impression: very unprofessional attitude from the front desk onward (or should I say backward) which is why my reliable intuition told me not to say anything, just don't go back!
Pros: hairstylist was down to earth
Cons: snobby fr desk, hot, noisy, over-priced, time-consuming
