Where do I start? First I went there once to get another wheel lock key because mine had broken twice already. They would not give me another under warranty and wanted to charge me $75 to remove one wheel lock. When I refused this the manager came out and said they will try to remove the wheel lock using the shop's set, but if they break it while they are trying to do this then I will have to pay for their part. Went across the street to Discount Tires and they removed it for free in 5 minutes no questions asked.
