I have been a frequent customer for years and recently had been waiting for a wool coat to come back. Owners kept saying, tomorrow, tomorrow, etc. Finally, when I questioned them, they said that they did not have the coat and that I already picked it up--which was not true. They coat was expensive and almost new--really heartbreaking. They denied everything and certainly did not offer compensation. Be very careful about keeping track of all your clothes here.
