Worth a pilgrimage for these cheeses of Nazareth. I rave about the mozzarella made fresh each day in ball shape, rope, or braids will melt in your mouth. The people are friendly and helpful at Calandra's, a Nazareth institution that's been around for decades. Other freshly made cheeses you can get there are smoked mozz, smoked provolone, provolone, and ricotta. Yum!
