I have brought my dog (Bridget) here for almost 4 years and have never witnessed anything like what some of these posters have described. They are probably from some disgruntled former employee who was fired. If you look carefully, you'll notice lots of similarity in the writing style of the postings. Kim (owner) is a true pro and Jan (manager) is an experienced trainer. I trust these people with Bridget and have been doing so 3 days per week and on some holidays. My dog is my best friend and I would not give my business to a place if they were not kind, caring and professional. Take it from a REAL customer - Urban Dog is a very good doggy day care.
