I could go on and on. But essentially the ""spa"" does not feel like a spa but rather a random country kitchen meets zen monastary meets dollar store jam sesh. I found the staff to be the opposite of knowledgeable and helpful. Any chance of me feeling like I was or could be pampered was ruined by the staff vacuuming next to my treatment room. I will NEVER go back. EVER. Sorry folks.
