For a business built on delivery, the owner (Jay) and management (John) of this Papa Johns franchise in Charleston just don't get it. Ordered a pizza last night and after an hour and a half I called to inquire about it. I was told that hour + delivery times are "standard for them". Guess what guys, if it's going to be a busy night then bring in some more staff - it's not rocket science.
If you have to have chain pizza, go with Domino's in Charleston, or better yet step it up and head to Mellow Mushroom or Monza. . .
