After having this place recommended by Jewish Hospital, we left my mother-in-law there at 8 P.M. and returned the next afternoon to visit. What we found was horrifying! She was left in a day room by herself, unable to communicate with anyone, and had been left there for at least several hours. Upon looking into the room in plain sight from the main hallway, her blouse was unbuttoned, her bra exposed and thrown-up all over herself. The smell was unbearable, because she had had a BM and sat there since lunch. We arrived at 4 P.M. They had not put on her stockings for a clot in her leg and had not given her any food through the prescribe feeding tube. Needless to say, we packed her belongings immediately!
